What do we Know

Following this method, we have come to realise
that as individuals we are always part of our
family’s history. Our relationship to this history
is an extremely profound one,
a secret that is mostly out of our consciousness awareness,
like an undercurrent constantly influencing us.

It can support or block the ‘flow of life’ within us, and actions or events that have occurred earlier to a person have a direct influence on another who comes later.

These actions or events may have happened long ago, in a different generation, yet they can still disturb and demand attention years later.

The Effects

These disturbances to the ‘flow of life’ may
manifest as difficult on-going feelings or dreams,
problems in relationships with parents, partners, children or siblings, behavioural-difficulties, vocational confusion,
physical symptoms or chronic illness.
